HuskeRadio announced Friday that Sid Fessler will become the Market Manager of the North Platte stations — KX104, The Hawk and KODY.

Fessler left HuskeRadio in 2014 after 10 years with the stations, for an opportunity to build K-Bear FM in Broken Bow. Fessler grew up in Lincoln County.

“To have a chance to return to HuskeRadio as market manager is a dream job,” he said.

Fessler has had tremendous success in his career and his new employers are “thrilled at the opportunity to have Sid return to our stations in North Platte,” said Chris Bernier, President / CEO of Armada Media, the parent company of HuskeRadio.

“I am both honored and humbled by the opportunity to return to North Platte and to HuskeRadio,” Fessler said.

“I am proud of the station I leave behind and am blessed to be joining an outstanding group of proven professionals at HuskeRadio. My family and I look forward to getting out in the community and helping the region become even more successful.”

“I believe both North Platte and HuskeRadio have big things on the horizon and can’t wait to be a part of it,” he said.
