Prairie Arts Center, (416 N. Jeffers) — A Tribute To Veterans in the main gallery through Nov. 27. In December, open show related to the word Timber. Artworks of trees, wood carvings, photos of falling objects, etc. The center is open 11-4 p.m. Tuesdays-Saturdays.

Golden Tickets Cinemas, District 177 Mall (1000 S. Dewey) – Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City, Encanto, Ghostbusters Afterlife, Clifford the Big Red Dog, King Richard and Eternals. Subject to change.

Longhorn Bar (830 W. 1st, Sutherland) – Drop-in Cornhole League, Must be registered by 6:25 and bags fly at 6:30. $10.

Pals Brewing (4520 S. Buffalo Bill) – Black Friday weekend celebration begins.

Saturday, Nov. 27

District 177 Mall — Original Farmer’s Market of North Platte holiday market and food court. Former Herberger’s store. 10-4 p.m. Live music 10 a.m.-noon.

The Garden Glove (1800 E. 12th) – Holiday Open House and Vendor Show. Fresh trees, wreaths, garland and more. 9–4 p.m.

Fox Theater (Fifth & Bailey) - Masters of Soul present the music of Motown. 7:30 p.m. Admission by membership in concert series.

Westfield & Downtown – Shop Small Saturday. Celebrate and kickoff the holiday shopping season. 9 a.m.-5 p.m.

Sunday, Nov. 28

Cody Park (1601 N Jeffers) – Opening Santa’s Workshop, a large Christmas display. Rides and concessions, Lighting Ceremony at 6 p.m., followed by Santa Claus. 4-9 p.m.

North Platte Senior Center (901 E. 10th) – Dance with Ray Mullen. 8-10 pm.. $7. (Dances held every Wednesday night.)

Thursday, Dec. 2

Canteen District, downtown – Christmas Carriage rides. Children 5U may sit on laps. Rides last about 15 minutes. Book at DustyTrails.biz/New-Events. Prices: $25-seats up to two, $10-jump seats up to two, $50-private carriages seats up to six. 5:30-7:30 p.m.

Canteen District, downtown – Christmas Kids Fest, Santa, coloring, games, ornaments, prizes, and more. 5:30–7:30 p.m.
