Registration is now open for a “Prime for Life” alcohol and drug education class for teenagers and adults.
Participants must attend the entire class and be at least 14 years old to attend. This class is offered free to any parent or guardian who has a youth attending. The class will be held from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 7.
“Prime for Life” provides information to help each person learn realistic ways to reduce problems related to alcohol and drug use.
It will help people understand and accept the need to make helpful changes.
The class will be held at Heartland Counseling & Consulting Clinic, 110 N. Bailey in North Platte. Enter on the south side of the building.
Pre-registration is required. The cost is $120 per person, due 5 days prior to the class date. To register for the class or for more information, call the Heartland Counseling Clinic at (308) 534-6029.
