The music department at North Platte Community College will host a band and choir concert on Tuesday evening, March 12.

Performances will begin at 7 p.m. in the McDonald-Belton Theater on the college’s south campus. There is no charge to attend.

Songs will include: “Light in the Hallway,” “When the Earth Stands Still,” “Widecombe Fair,” “Play That Funky Music,” “Bridge Over Troubled Water” and “The Seal Lullaby” among many others.

Music instructor Pamela Koch will direct the band. Kristin Simpson will direct the choirs.  Both are adjunct instructors for the college. Sue McKain will serve as the collaborative accompanist.
