North Platte St. Pat’s went 2-1 at the Lexington Invitational on Saturday.
The Lady Irish (4-3) began the day with a three-set win over the host team, Lexington.
St. Pat’s won again in their next game as they beat SPVA rival Chase County to move into the championship match.
The Irish lost in the championship in two straight sets against St. Paul.
Rachel Heiss led St. Pat’s on the day with 36 kills. The junior also had 38 digs, 13 service points, five ace serves and five blocks.
Kinsey Skillstad had the most blocks with 15. She also had 13 kills, 18 points and six ace serves.
Brooklyn Childears also had 18 points, as well as 16 kills.
Libero Brooke McClellen had a team-high 45 digs and setter Jayla Fleck had 88 assists.
The Lady Irish will next play a triangular against Cambridge and Dundy County-Stratton on Tuesday.
