Ricky “Rick” L. Volker, 76, of North Platte passed away Saturday, June 28, 2025 at Great Plains Health.

A Memorial Service will be held Friday, July 18 at 3 pm at the Fraternal Order of Eagles. A book signing will be held Thursday, July 17 from 9am – 5pm at Adams & Swanson Funeral Home, which has been entrusted with arrangements.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family for future designation.
