High school baseball: Tailgate set for first home game

NebraskaLand National Bank will be holding a tailgate party on Monday before the first home game for the new Maxwell-St. Pat’s baseball team.

From 3-6 p.m., NebraskaLand will provide a tailgate at Bill Wood Field as Maxwell-St. Pat’s takes on Central City-Fullerton-Centura in a doubleheader. It is the first home outing for the team.

NebraskaLand will also be presenting a donation to Maxwell-St. Pat’s coaches Ryan Jones and Brad Braithwait.

MSP begins the season on Thursday when they play a doubleheader at Lincoln Christian.
