Marilyn Ann Hansen, age 86, went to be with her heavenly father on Sept. 24, 2024.
Marilyn was born on April 25, 1938 in North Platte to Ray A. and Mildred A. (Long) Lincoln. She was married to Donald L. Hansen on Aug. 18, 1953 and they were married for 71 years.
They were blessed with 6 children, Wes (Tru) Hansen of North Platte, Donald Hansen Jr. of North Platte, Kathy Bailey of Lincoln, Kristy (Doug) Jochum of Sutherland, Matthew Hansen of North Platte, and Troy (Leanne) Hansen of Johnstown, Colo.
Marilyn was a homemaker and full time Mom. She was a member of the women’s auxiliary of the Eagles Club. She enjoyed time with her family, camping, doing crafts, gardening and the Black Hills was her home away from home.
She is survived by her children, Wes, Donald Jr, Kathy, Kristy, Matthew, and Troy; 29 grandchildren; 43 great grandchildren;15 great great grandchildren; sister-in-law, Helen of Lincoln; and many cousins, nieces, and nephews;
.She was proceeded in death by her parents; father and mother-in-law, Lewis and Dorthy Hansen; infant daughter, Jaci Ray; sister, Margurerite; brothers, Ralph, Delbert, and Ray.
Memorial services will be at 3 pm Sunday, Sept. 29, 2024 at Adams and Swanson Funeral Home in North Platte, with Javan Hansen, her grandson, as the officiant.

My sincerest condolences to Marilyn’s family! She was a beautiful, wonderful lady and a good friend! Many fun times at the Eagles with her and Don. God Bless you, Marilyn!
