The North Platte Community College volleyball team swept Southeast Community College in three sets Wednesday night in one of a handful of home games.

The scores were 25-14, 25-15, 25-15. The Knights are now 5-7 on the season.

Taylor Hansen led the game with 12 kills. Peyton Negley added six kills, followed by Kim Krise with five and Alysen Daniels, of Mullen.

Ruby Valle notched 18 digs and Erica Hopping, of Sutherland, finished with 13 digs.

“This was an important region game for us, and I thought we did a nice job with a balanced attack,” NPCC head volleyball coach Alexa McCall said. “We had some people step in and also do a nice job. We are hoping to carry this momentum into this weekend.”

Next up, the Knights will battle Western Nebraska Community College on Friday in McCook.
