Domingo Carrizales of Hershey was arrested Wednesday, April 30, following his fourth alleged domestic assault since Christmas.
In the most vicious assault, Carrizales, 46, also known as Chico Carrizales, reportedly best up Joseph Martinez in Martinez’s apartment in Buffalo Bill Manor on March 9.
Police arrived after they received a report of the assault. They said Martinez was slow to answer the door. His mouth and nose were bloody, and he struggled to walk.
At the hospital, doctors found Martinez had a broken nose, a fractured rib and a concussion, according to a police statement filed in Lincoln County Court.
Martinez told police that he did not know why Carrizales assaulted him, other than he has a child with Laura Carrizales, Domingo’s sister.
Carrizales was charged with first-degree assault, intentionally or knowingly causing serious bodily injury to another, and his bond was set at $250,000.
It was far from his only assault this year. He’s also charged with assaults on Christmas Day, Feb. 25 and again on April 22.
Domingo is accused of assaulting Laura Carrizales on Dec. 25, according to prosecutors. That merited a charge of third-degree assault.
In two later assaults on Feb. 25 and April 22, the victim was his girlfriend, Kimberly Dack.
Carrizales allegedly assaulted Dack at her apartment in Buffalo Bill Manor in February. She told police that he was intoxicated. She said he pushed her down. In the fall, she hit her arm on a table and her head and back on the floor. She had corresponding injuries when the police met with her at the emergency room of Great Plains Health.
Again, Carrizales was charged with third-degree domestic assault. Bond was set at $10,000.
On April 22, Carrizales allegedly returned and beat up Dack again. Police said her left eye socket was swollen, and both hands were bleeding. She had a red mark on the side of her neck.
According to a court affidavit, Dack asked Carrizales to leave her apartment that night after he insulted her, calling her a whore. She said she was talking to a friend on her phone, but Carrizales doesn’t want her to have any friends.
Dack also said Carrizales stood over her while she was lying down, and put his hand over her nose and mouth. She kicked him away and Carrizales hit the side of her eye. She said he also grabbed a stick and threatened to kill her with it.
Carrizales picked up on the charges on Wednesday, April 30. He remains in the Lincoln County jail, held on bonds for each of the assaults, totaling $310,000.

Let’s wait until he kills someone, then Lincoln County might give him significant jail time.
I’m sure the county attorney will drop the charges like she has done before on other cases. People like this deserve to be in prison for a very long time. Don’t get a dui or drug charge though they’ll throw the book at you.
When those selected to enact justice fail to do so, eventually the citizenry will enact it instead. This happens in every other country and in the biggest cities of our own, sad to see elected officials toe that line to save $ on incarcerations.
Insanity is sometimes defined as doing the same thing over and over; and expecting different results. Similarly, it’s hard to be arrested for your fourth Domestic Assault; unless you’ve already been released from your previous three.
Two legged or Four, Lincoln County treats its ‘Fillies’ the same. Ride em and Beat em! Felony Free! It might be time to change the rules.
