When someone you love dies, your world changes.

There is no right or wrong way to mourn. Many face similar challenges. They have to deal with the pain of loss and they are worried about the future. But, there are also differences in ways people deal with their loss.

To help, grief support sessions will be held from 1-2:30 p.m. on Wednesdays from Jan. 23-March 13 at Great Plains Health.

Each session begins with an informational video, followed by discussion. The class is offered at no charge and no registration is required.

It may help to talk with other people who also are grieving, organizer Renee Callaghan said.

“Join our support group where you can feel comfortable sharing your feelings and concerns,” Callaghan said.

The sessions will be held in Conference Room C of the hospital, at 601 W. Leota St. in North Platte.
