With a mix of sadness and gratitude, we celebrate the life of Gloria Graham, a cherished wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend. Gloria, a woman of deep faith and unwavering love, peacefully passed away on the morning of February 2, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.
Born on August 17, 1941, in North Platte, NE, to her parents, Gale and Irene Parker. She grew up on the family farm and attended a one room country school through elementary grades, then high school in Hershey. She grew into a woman of remarkable grace and compassion, leaving a positive impact on everyone she encountered. After graduating from Kearney State College, Gloria dedicated herself to education, first teaching kindergarten in York, Nebraska, and later nurturing a love of reading as a librarian at Kearney State College.
