Lincoln County Fairgrounds (5015 W. Rodeo Rd.) — Remembering Our Fallen – national memorial pays tribute to 5,000 post-9/11 military fallen. No charge.

County fair opens, featuring Hillbilly Bob with story of how he became a born again Christian, as well as Stoked Hypnosis with Terry Woodward.

Parkade Plaza (225 E. 6th) — North Platte Farmer’s Market. 3-6 p.m.

Fort Cody Trading Post (221 Halligan Drive)— Fort Cody Concert Series with Doug Rees and the Flatrock Irregulars. 6 p.m.

Godfather’s Pizza (1100 S. Jeffers) – Veteran’s Buddy Check with free pizza and soft drinks. 6 p.m.

Lincoln County Fairgrounds (5015 W. Rodeo Rd.)— County fair continues.

D&N Event Center (501 E. Walker Rd.) — Buffalo Bill Brawl boxing tournament opens. $20 for adults. Free for ages 10 and under. All day.

Lincoln County Fairgrounds (5015 W. Rodeo Rd.) — Heartland Truck and Tractor Pull. 6-10 p.m.

Espresso Shop (419 N. Dewey) — Open Mic Nite. 7-9:30 p.m. $2 at the door.

Saturday, July 24

D&N Event Center (501 E. Walker Rd.) — Buffalo Bill Brawl boxing tournament continues.

Cody Park (1601 N. Jeffers) — Over COVID Auto Show. $10 per car/truck and $7 per motorcycle. Registration 8 a.m.

Platte River Mall — Original Farmer’s Market. 8 a.m.-1 pm.

Lincoln County Fairgrounds (5015 W. Rodeo Rd.)— County fair wraps up. Wiener dog races. Toad, turtle races at 1 p.m. Three-man team sorting competition, 4-7 p.m.

Fox Theater (Fifth and Bailey) — Concert by the North Platte Municipal Band. 2 p.m. No charge. Freewill offering is appreciated.
