A family-friendly production is coming to the Fox Theater — “Drifty the Snowman and The Pirates” – in early December.
The first show in the series was held last year – “Drifty the Snowman and The Christmas Surprise.”
The stories about the fun-loving (though a bit daft) snowman are set in Santa and Mrs. Claus’ living room. Drifty’s overzealous spirit sometimes undermines his best intentions.
Drifty and his North Pole Pals have been entertaining audiences for more than 20 years, producers say.
This year’s performances will be:
• Friday, Dec. 1 at 7:30 p.m.
• Saturday, Dec. 2 at 1:30 p.m.
• Thursday, Dec. 7 at 7:30 p.m. in conjunction with the annual Kidsfest from 5-7 p.m. by the Downtown Association.
North Platte’s Fox Theater is at the corner of Fifth and Bailey.

I saw this production last time. It was awesome! Hope it is just as good this go around.
