Darlene Vyonne Grogan, 90, of Moorfield passed away July 30, 2026 at her home.
She was born on August 4, 1935 to Alfred and Selma (Narvestad) Olson.
Darlene graduated high school in 1953. She married Wallace Vern Grogan on October 2, 1955 in Stanley, North Dakota. Darlene was an avid embroider, loved to garden, loved to read, doing crossword puzzles, and was known for making jelly. Specifically, chokecherry and plum.
Survivors include son, Ken (Bonnie) Grogan of Moorefield; five grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; sisters, Sharon (Gordon) Aas, of Stanley, ND, Bonnie Germundson of Scobey, MT, Marlis (Ray) Aas of Boise, ID; numerous nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles.
Darlene was preceded in death by her parents, Alfred and Selma; husband, Wallace Vern; brothers, Melvin and Duane; brother-in-law, Gary; nephews, Keith and Greg.

Services will be held 11 a.m., Thursday, Aug. 6 at Adams & Swanson Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Fort McPherson National Cemetery. Those wishing to sign the register book may do so 9 a.m.-4 p.m., Wednesday, Aug. 5 at Adams & Swanson Funeral Home, which is in charge of arrangements.
