The Lee Bird Composite Squadron of the Civil Air Patrol would like to invite everyone to Applebee’s from 8-10 a.m. on Nov. 30 for a pancake breakfast.
The meal includes all-you-can-eat pancakes, bacon and a drink for $8. Children 6 and under can eat free.
Tickets are available at the door, or they can be purchased at Great Plains Realty, 511 South Dewey, or from a Civil Air Patrol squadron member.
The Lee Bird Composite Squadron is selling wreaths for the Wreaths Across America program, which places wreaths on grave sites at Fort McPherson National Cemetery/ Shrine. The cost is $15 each.
You can remember our fallen U.S. Veterans, honor those who serve, and teach your children the value of freedom with a wreath.
If you would like to sponsor a wreath, order forms are located at Great Plains Realty, or online HERE.
The deadline is Dec. 2. If you would like to have a wreath placed on a specific headstone, please let us know.
Wreaths will be laid on gravesites at 11 a.m. on Dec. 14.

• Nov. 30 at Applebee’s — 8-10 a.m.
The Lee Bird Composite Squadron meets each Thursday at 7 p.m. at Lee Bird Field conference room.
The Civil Air Patrol’s three primary missions are Emergency Services, Aerospace Education and Cadet Programs. The cost to participate is $30 a year, plus uniforms.
Youth ages 12-20 are welcome, as well as senior members.
