Family descendants of Buffalo Bill are coming to North Platte June 13-16, when they will hold their biennial International Cody Family Association reunion during Nebraskaland Days.

William K. Cody, Buffalo Bill’s great-grandson and the vice-president and family reunion coordinator for the family association said some 40 attendees are expected at the reunion this year.

They intend to spend four full days in North Platte exploring the Buffalo Bill related activities and attractions, including the Buffalo Bill Rodeo, a horseback ride at Dusty Trails along the North Platte River, a tour of Scout’s Rest Ranch and a group gathering at Cody Park.

On Saturday, June 15, they will ride in their ICFA float near the head of the Nebraskaland Days parade, just behind Buffalo Bill impersonator Bruce Richman.
