I was arrested with him because I just happened to be there when the conducted the search warrant. At the post arrest interview I was asked questions I had no clue about. Like how does he make his extra money, how does he afford to drive a corvette. I hadn’t know him long before this incident occurred and surely not long enough to be privy to his financial situation. I was told by the arresting officer if I wasn’t going to be honest then he was going to charge me with everything the he was being charged with. It took 5 months of me sitting in jail for them to do depositions with all the officers involved. Who supported everything I said. I didn’t live there, that i had nothing on my person save 7 dollars, and I wasn’t the one on the warrant or being investigated for over a year. They dropped all charges.
