Crete went on a tear in the second quarter and the North Platte Lady Bulldogs couldn’t slow down the Cardinals as they won, 67-44, on Saturday at the Dawg House.

NPHS (6-14) led 7-6 at the end of the first quarter. But Crete (9-11) started to catch fire when they took a 15-10 lead after Camry Draeger and Jordyn Adam made back-to-back three-pointers. Kylie McMillan got a layup before Draeger hit another three to put the Cardinals up by 10. Kynleigh Draeger got the next basket for Crete before Camry Draeger struck again behind the arc.
