The Hershey Lady Panthers had their way on both ends on Friday in their 58-30 win at Maxwell.

Hershey (7-3) scored the first four points of the game with a pair of Lexi Pinkerton free throws and a basket by Payton Jones.

Kristyn Cheek got Maxwell (5-5) on the board with a free throw but the Panther lead continued to grow as Jones made a three-pointer. Cheek scored the next bucket but Hershey went up by 10 after baskets by Kenna Bringewatt, Ryleigh Melvin and Aubry Hall.

The Panthers dominated the second quarter to lead 33-11 at halftime. Hershey kept it going in the third quarter and the lead grew to nearly 40.

Maxwell played better in the fourth as the Wildcats more than doubled their output from the previous three quarters to gain something from the loss they could build on.

Next, Hershey will host Valentine (4-7) on Friday, Jan. 17, while Maxwell will play at Overton (5-5) on Saturday.
