Police cite 32 motorists in buckle-up enforcement effort

North Platte police issued a total of 32 citations and 84 warnings during a five-day special enforcement named “Buckle Up: Every Trip Every Time.” The effort was from Nov. 23-27, police spokesman Rory Little said. Also, officers made these arrests:
