Adams Bank & Trust will receive the 2025 President’s Award from Mid-Plains Community College during the commencement ceremony on Friday, May 9 in North Platte.

Headquartered in Ogallala, Adams Bank & Trust has been a strong supporter of the community college. .

]“We’re vitally interested in the success of Mid-Plains Community College because we see that as a key to the success and vitality of our area,” Adams Bank & Trust CEO Todd Adams said.

Since the inception of the Ogallala Community Campus over 25 years ago, Adams Bank & Trust lhas helped make it happen. From offering their boardroom for meetings to strategize the best solution for the Ogallala campus, to philanthropic donations for campus relocation and renovation, as well as the Health and Science Center in North Platte, the Imperial Community Campus expansion, and the new electrical technology building in North Platte, Adams Bank & Trust has been committed to MPCC’s mission of transforming lives.

“The college has a very important role of providing education for students in our area, so that we have skilled workers in our community and for adults that want to continue their professional careers and be able to stay in this area,” Adams said.

“It feels great to be recognized with this award,” he said. “We have always been a supporter of the college. We’re glad to do it.”
