The school district’s activity fees, administrator salaries and the costs of drug testing will be among the topics considered Tuesday by the school board’s subcommittee on finances.
The finance committee meeting is scheduled at 8 a.m. in Room 109 of the McKinley Education Center, 301 West F St.
The committee is comprised of three school board members — Alecia Hothan, Ivan Mitchell and Mike Morrell — and three top administrators — Superintendent Ron Hanson, Associate Superintendent Tami Eshleman and Business Manager Stuart Simpson.
Board meetings, including subcommittee meetings, are open to the public.
The agenda for the meeting:
- 2018-19 budget.
- Administrator salaries.
- Drug testing – cost analysis.
- Facility use.
- QCPUF (Qualified Capital Purposes Undertaking Fund) — a special fund and tax levy for qualified capital purposes, such as building upgrades.
- Summer school.
- Pertinent state legislation.
- Activity fees.
