A one-car rollover wreck near Cambridge has claimed the lives of both occupants of the vehicle.

The wreck happened in the early morning hours of Sunday, July 9, when a pickup went out of control and rolled on Road 399, a few miles east of Indianola. The driver, Aaron Jones, 23, of Cambridge, died on the scene.

His passenger, Holly Myers, 19, was taken to Good Samaritan Hospital in Kearney, where she died on Sunday, the Nebraska State Patrol said.

Myers was from Horace, Kan.

Alcohol is believed to be a factor in the crash. Neither occupant was wearing seat belts, NSP spokesman Cody Thomas said.
