Around 5 p.m. on Friday, April 21, Lincoln County sheriff’s deputies went to the Sutherland Care Center to check out a reported theft.

The victim, an employee, told deputies that her wallet with several hundred dollars and several credit cards was taken from her car.

Deputies developed a suspect and contacted Kaitlyn Blaesi, 24, of Sutherland.

Blaesi's vehicle was searched -- the wallet, money and credit cards were found. She was arrested and incarcerated in the Lincoln County jail for theft of more than $500, a felony, and illegal use of credit cards, according to a sheriff's spokesman.

Blaesi has been arrested in Lincoln County 10 times since Novermber 2010, mostly on petty theft and drug possession charges.

In the most serious case, in 2013, she spent 59 days in jail after conviction of three counts of receiving stolen property and one count of possession of a prescription drug without a presecription, according to sheriff's records.
