Brasby signs with Morningside

The North Platte Community College Softball team’s Tiffany Brasby signed with Morningside College a NAIA school located in Sioux City, Iowa.

Morningside College is currently competing in a four-team NAIA Softball National Championship Opening Round double elimination tournament. Morningside is making its fifth consecutive appearance in the NAIA Softball Championship and its sixth overall.

“Brasby is one of those athletes that you want to keep for two more years,” said head coach Janelle Higgins. “Her hard work, commitment and dedication not only to her softball career, but her academics, teammates, the college and the community has been outstanding. Her drive is so influential to her teammates and to younger athletes in the community. She ended her career with the Knights pitching a great game at regionals and hitting a homerun to go out in style. She will be missed next year.”
