The North Platte Community College Music Department will present their March concert at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 5, at the McDonald-Belton Theater on the south campus of the college. The concert will feature the NPCC jazz band, followed by the select choir and concert choir. The jazz band, directed by Ron Daly, will perform numbers including “Brown Eyed Girl,” “Low Rider,” and “Green Onions.” The select choir, directed by Elizabeth Peters with Donna Pucket as accompanist, will perform “I'll Be Seeing You” and “Up the Ladder to the Roof.” The concert choir, also directed by Peters, will perform selections from the musical Les Misérables including, “I Dreamed a Dream,” “Do You Hear the People Sing” and “On My Own.” Members of the NPCC jazz band are: Meshka Waya of Fayetteville, Ark.; Walker Baird of Lewellen; Michael Blue, Mikayla Brauer, Kaleb Christensen, Erik Geilenkirchen, Hannah Hokanson, Christina Rankin and Jeremy Spain-Carrion of North Platte; and Tori Daly of Sutherland. Members of the NPCC choir are: Alyssa Boller of Farnam; *Sonie Kuhlman and Alisha Simants of Gothenburg; Nicole Nickerson of Maxwell; *Charles Kramer of Mullen; William Bartlett, Mikayla Brauer, *Kaleb Christensen, *Baylea Faris, *Bradley Godfrey, *Daniel Goodall, *Benjamin Hill, Hannah Hokanson, *Amariah Hodgen, *Jacob McNeel, Stacia Nutter, Dawn Tallmon, Meshka Waya, *Clarissa Vargas and Caroline Yank of North Platte; Kayla Turner of Stapleton; and Victoria Daly and Rascal Martinez of Sutherland.
