Great Plains Regional Medical Center has a new chief nursing officer, Tadd Greenfield, the center announced Thursday. The appointment follows a nationwide search. Greenfield will assume his new duties at Great Plains on March 11.
He most recently served as chief nursing officer for Banner Health Community Hospital in Torrington, Wyo., where he led several departments.
Greenfield also directed patient care services at Banner Health Washakie Medical Center in Worland, Wyo.
“We are pleased to welcome Tadd to our senior leadership and nursing teams," said Greg Nielsen, Great Plains Regional Medical Center chief executive officer. "He brings high energy, a proven strength of leading clinical initiatives and a strong focus on quality patient outcomes.”
The healthcare leadership solutions firm B. E. Smith conducted the nationwide search for a CNO.
“Tadd’s experience and leadership style was an ideal match,” said Teresa Collins, vice president of executive search for B. E. Smith.
Greenfield has a master’s degree in healthcare administration from Walden University in Minneapolis, Minn. and a bachelor’s degree in nursing from William Jewell College in Liberty, Mo.
