The North Platte municipal band will give its first concert of the summer at 8 p.m. Friday, June 1, at the Cody Park shelter. The band has eight summer concerts planned in North Platte, one each week through July 20. They are: • June 1, 8 p.m. - Cody Park Shelter Stage • June 8, 8 p.m. - Lincoln County Historical Museum • June 17, 3 p.m. - Memorial Park Picnic Shelter • June 22, 8 p.m. - Centennial Park Gazebo • June 29, 8 p.m. - Centennial Park • July 6, 8 p.m. - Cody Park Shelter Stage • July 13, 8 p.m. - Centennial Park Gazebo • July 20, 8 p.m. - Cody Park
