The meeting starts at 6:30 p.m.

Consideration and possible action on the president is scheduled to occur near the end of the meeting.

Interim president Ryan Purdy has held the position since Dr. Michael Chipps left in mid-January.

Before then, Purdy was the Vice President of Administrative Services.

The college board of governors announced the position was open, but only on a hard to find posting on the college website. Critics said the governors are quietly setting the stage for Purdy as the permanent CEO.

Purdy has years of experience in college administration, but he only holds a bachelor's degree.
