The North Platte Community College Lady Knights women’s softball team will host the Region IX softball tournament May 5-6 at the Dowhower Complex in North Platte.

NPCC is the No. 1 seed in the tournament. The winner advances to the district tournament in Iowa on May 8-10.

Saturday, May 5

1 p.m. Game 1 - Central vs. Southeast

3 p.m. Game 2 - NPCC vs. winner game 1

Sunday, May 6

11 a.m. Game 3 - loser game 1 vs. loser game 2

1 p.m. Game 4 - winner game 2 vs. winner game 3

3 p.m. Game 5 - If necessary
