Gov. Pete Ricketts will visit North Platte at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 10 after delivering his annual State of the State address to the Legislature.

The public is invited to attend.

Communications director Taylor Gage said it will be an “opportunity to hear an update on how Nebraska is growing, and how the governor is working with the Legislature on key priorities like balancing the budget and tax reform this legislative session.”

Ricketts will speak at the conference room of the North Platte Regional Airport, 5400 E. Lee Bird Drive.

Ricketts will address the legislature at 10 a.m. In the afternoon, he will fly to Grand Island, North Platte and Scottsbluff.
