The North Platte High School junior varsity took home the team gold Thursday with a combined score of 318 at the Hershey Invitational at Oregon Trails golf course.

The Bulldogs had four top ten finishers. Drew Phillips and Finn Lucas tied for first at 77, Tanner Ruda was two strokes back with a 79, for the bronze and Blake Barner finished ninth at 85.

Right behind runner-up Perkins County, who had a score of 335, was Hershey at 350. The Panthers were led by Gabe Becher’s 36-hole score of 80, good for a tie for the fourth-place medal.

Sutherland’s Tayton Schuster earned a top ten finish with an 84, good for a seventh-place tie, to lead the Sailors to a fifth place finish. Sutherland had a score of 358.

St. Pat’s was seventh with 411 and the Irish were led by Tyler Heiss with a 93.
